The word 'unneglectable' may not be found in the English vocabulary but other English-speaking countries other than the US are using it. In other countries like Australia, France, Denmark, Italy, Czech Republic, Belgium, Vietnam, German, Turkey, China, just to name few, the word is used as a replacement to the word ‘innegligible’ or ‘unnegligible’. It has also been the subject of debate whether such word would be accepted or not but since there’s no law that has defined the accepted english words, then it can be acknowledged that it is a valid word. If you’ll read articles or any kind of writings here in the net, you would come across the word. Some say that ‘unneglectable’ is a jargon or special terminology but soon, you would see it being used in any kind of writings just like an ordinary word.

迷惘的英文

They did not come to the hospital because they wanted to see me.

第一眼看上去，你肯定會說："這還不容易。他們沒有到醫院來，因為他們想來看我。"仔細想想，為什么他們想來看我，卻又不到醫院來呢？如果說我不是住在醫院里，那為什么要說"come to "？應該說"go to"才對。是不是邏輯上有點自相矛盾?其實此句是一種特殊結構，其中not 的是用以否定because所引導的狀語從句。我們把not搬回它的老家，放在because之前，就可以正確的翻譯這個句子了，應該是"他們到醫院來，不是因為要看我（而是為了其他原因）。

下面再舉幾個例子：

The motor did not stop running because the fuel was finished.

摩托車停止轉動，不是因為燃料用完。（而是因為其它毛?。?

These rings are not valued because they are set with precious stones.

這些指環的價值并不在于它們鑲有寶石。

但我們不能把所有的not ….because句子都看作是特殊結構，例如：

He did not come to the studio this morning because he was sick.

今早他沒有來片場，因為他病了。
